I'd ordered a towel warmer and Modern Bathrooms were proactive to tell me that the quality control at Ideal Standard was delivering flawed items. Modern Bathrooms kept me informed at all stages and inspected a dozen items to get me the best possible towel warmer.
Brilliant service and excellent customer relations - I couldn't have asked for anything more. I would highly recommend them.

I needed some advice on the right products I needed for my bathroom so I contacted the guys at Modern Homes. I got through to matt who was very helpful and was able to give instant advice over the phone. My order then arrived and the quyality of the products was brilliant.

It really is nice to know that there are still honest reliable companies out there and I would not hesitate to use this company again and would never consider shopping elsewhere!

Order was expected on Wednesday as advised by customer service, but actually arrived the following monday! which was inconvenient.

I cannot stress how wonderful it has been buying from Modern Homes Bathrooms. I consider myself a demanding customer, who knows what he wants and expects excellent customer service. I received it here in bucket loads. From the first time, I contacted Julia, I felt assured that this was the company for me. Nothing was too much trouble and if Julia wasn't around, then Matthew was equally helpful and knowledgeable.

I bought a Roper Rhodes bathroom and must say that it is stunning. The sink arrived cracked but the mark of a good comany is how they deal with problems. The replacement one arrived 2 days later, so the problem was rectified very quickly.

A big thank you to all concerned and I will continue to recommend you to anyone in need of a new bathroom.

Exceptional Customer Service

In the process of re-fitting my bathroom I've had dealings with many online suppliers, and Modern Homes Bathrooms have been the best by far! After fitting, our shower valve developed a manufacturing fault and a replacement was sorted out by the excellent staff at Modern Homes Bathrooms quickly and with minimum difficulty. Matthew telephoned regularly to keep me updated and a new valve was with me in a matter of days. I wouldn't hesitate to shop with them again.

We all become so used to poor service these days...

We all become so used to poor service these days that to encounter such excellent service as I have received from Modern Homes Bathrooms really is a breath of fresh air. As always it is only in the event of a problem that great businesses show their true colours. I had a problem with a tap that had been delivered and raised the issue fully expecting the usual brush off and excuses. Instead I had instant apologies from Modern Homes and the manufacturer and a replacement part in the post immediately. I would recommend this business to anyone. Service that brings a smile to your lips, if only everyone could be like this.
